SEED REQUESTS: OPEN

To make a request, please read through our instructions below carefully.

Request Instructions

STEP 1: AGREE

By requesting seeds from CommonSeeds you agree to do your best to abide by the following:

1. You will select seeds you can grow and benefit from

2. Each season, you will grow and collect the seeds you’ve received from CommonSeeds

3. At the end of every season that you receive seeds, you will donate some seeds back to the program

4. Requests are limited to ONE request per household per year. As we grow, we may be able to increase offerings

STEP 2: LOOK FOR SEEDS

Look through our seed catalogue and select three varieties from our list. Please consider the following:

1. Make note of the seed CODE for your request. Codes are usually a few letters following by a number. For example: TOM1, BEAN2

2. Select varieties that you can grow in your area. Not all plants grow well everywhere

3. Requests are limited to 3 varieties at the moment

STEP 3: SEND REQUEST

Send a request with 3 of your chosen varieties. Include 3 additional substitutions in case the seeds you want aren’t available.
